Are you a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor who loves teaching but is tired of bureaucracy, feeling like a number, or working in an environment that has lost sight of why this work matters?

Connections Through Horses is seeking a compassionate, experienced CTRI to join our growing program serving children and individuals with special needs through adaptive riding and equine-assisted services.

This position is ideal for someone who:

Responsibilities:

  • Teach adaptive riding lessons
  • Develop meaningful relationships with students and families
  • Follow and contribute to individualized lesson planning
  • Support horse and rider safety
  • Collaborate with volunteers and program staff

PATH CTRI certification required.
