Connections through Horses is amazing. All 3 of my kids ride with them as well as myself. The confidence and smiles on my kids faces says it all. They really work with them to help them understand riding and horses. The horses themselves are so patient and loving with all the kids. They have such a variety of riders with all different levels and abilities and these horses just know how to make them all smile. I can’t say enough amazing things about the people and the horses.

The positive impact of my 8 year old daughter taking therapeutic lessons with Colorado Ranchito cannot be understated. On a physical note, the benefits of therapeutic riding lessons include an increase in balance and core strength. This has had a positive impact on her overall strength and gait. However, I have not just witnessed improvements in her physical condition but also the relationship between my daughter and her horse. She takes great pride in knowing that with each week her horse listens and responds to her more and more. This gives her a great feeling of accomplishment. Jayme does an incredible job not only teaching a child how to ride a horse but gives her the skills and independence to be successful not only with her riding lessons but with her life as well.

We are so grateful for Jamilyn and her team. It has changed my kids life, truly. Through time with the horses and with wonderful instructors I’ve seen her grow so much. There is nothing like getting to spend time around and on a horse. I highly recommend Connections Through Horses.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jayme for several years now at a couple of different facilities. She is a great Therapeutic Riding Instructor that takes time to plan for each of her students’ individual needs. Her gentle mannerisms make it easy to learn and makes everyone feel welcome!
